14 cups chopped tomatoes ½ cup chopped hot peppers
3 cups chopped onion 1 cup chopped sweet peppers
– -Mix togther and set aside.
3 Tbls salt 1 Tbls chili powder
5 Tbls corn starch 1 Tbls garlic powder
1 ½ tsp cumin ½ cup vinegar
1 cup tomato sauce
– -Mix together. Heat until boiling.
Heat tomato mixture to boiling. Add the sauce mixture and bring the combination to a boil. Pour into sterile jars. Process 30 – 40 minutes in a boiling water bath. Makes about 10 pints or so.
